Dennis Squires

Pastor Dennis and Mary Squires have served Spring of Life Community Church as Pastors since 2015, and as Lead Pastors beginning in 2019. They were married in 1980 and have raised 5 children. They have called Mayville home since May of 1994. After both coming to the Lord early in their journey together, they have served in many capacities over the years within several denominations. Pastor Dennis credits his time in each for teaching him various things God now uses for His Glory.

They love this town and the surrounding region, and have a heart for making disciples and caring for those less fortunate. You will find them approachable, loving and honest! Philippians 1:6 says “For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus”, and Pastor Dennis lives his life knowing that while not perfect, God is continually growing us into the perfect man!

Prior to beginning in ministry, Pastor has been a business owner since 1994. He continues to run his own business as well as minister, but finds the activity keeps him sharp, and affords a wide range of opportunities to make connections and minister.

Seeing hearts healed and people filled with the joy of the Lord is his passion!
